  You will need the following materials to sew the Seashell Summer Dress:
  • The main fabric. Light to medium-weight, non-stretch, non-transparent fabrics are recommended, such as cotton or linen poplin, batiste, lawn or seersucker; silk or polyester satin, charmeuse or twill; silk, rayon or polyester georgette, crepe or crepon. 
  • Narrow elastic for the sleeves. 
  • Invisible zipper.
